Well it seems to be getting worse quite fast, As a started this thread the problem had only happened 3 times, now on the way home yesterday it happened a total of 5 times in an hour trip. The gearbox doesnt go down a gear when it judders, it stays in the same gear. Mainly its in 6th gear. but it happened once while shifting from 2-3.
